"I signed up for a policy with David back in July after he quoted me a good price for my 2025 Chevy Trax. On the day I purchased my car, I called to start my policy. However, when I got to the dealership with my proof of insurance, I noticed my policy had been dated three days in advance despite telling my agent I needed coverage to begin that same day. He told me it was still effective, but that he could not re-date it which should have been my first warning sign. The first two months went smoothly, but in September my bill suddenly doubled. I called the agency immediately in August to ask why my premium was so high and what needed to be done. I was told to resubmit documents I had already completed at sign-up. Even after doing this, there was no clear communication or resolution. I was often told I’d get a call back later in the day, but I rarely did. Sometimes I would only get a vague text a week later with no answers. After weeks of back-and-forth, I was eventually told the discounts couldn’t be added back for September and that I would have to pay the increased bill. Later, they offered to take $100 off, but the premium was still far above what I was originally quoted. In the end, I felt like I was being forced to pay for a mistake that was not mine. Throughout this process, communication was poor, phone staff were unfriendly, and the issue dragged on for over a month without a real solution. I left this experience feeling misled and taken advantage of. Because of that, I cannot recommend this agency."

"At first this Branch was great not sure what happened but now they overcharge, I have a clean record and they're trying to charge me almost $700 a month full coverage on a 2016 Hyundai Elantra, then they won't even fully cover if it's in a accident about 6 months ago front end got sideswiped , almost 7,000 in damage and they only paid $1,700 of that refuse to pay the rest , keep trying to tell me it's so high because the PIP coverage which I have my own medical coverage for that and I sent them the proof three times now not sure what the deal is why they can't get their stuff together, it's always a new person when you call there, I do not recommend this office to anybody if zero star was an option I would give them zero, and I noticed that other review she saying well I don't have your name in my record so I can't address it and I assume you're the one that left bad reviews on people so I'll put my name on here I don't care cuz I'm pretty sure I'm canceling my insurance with this company I find it highly ridiculous that it's been almost 7 weeks I've been going back and forth with this paperwork, probably on the 5th different person I've talked to so far , my next phone call will be dropping the Insurance on this car.
